About

Built by engineers. For engineers.

SAEN Rollers brings industrial conveyor parts into the digital era — without compromising on standards, certifications, or load-test rigour.

Buying conveyor parts shouldn't take three days.

Engineers know the problem. You need a Ø127 carrier roller. You open a PDF catalog. You email an RFQ. You wait two business days. You get a quote without a ship date. You negotiate. You wait another week. Multiply that across a parts list and a project slips by a quarter.

We started SAEN Rollers because the supply side of industrial conveyor parts had been frozen in 1995 while every other category of B2B moved online. We build the same DIN-standard rollers the legacy players do — and we make them orderable in 30 seconds, with published prices, fixed lead times, and global shipping.

Who we are

SAEN Engineering, with rollers attached.

The commercial side — Netherlands

SAEN Engineering, based in the Netherlands, has decades of industrial engineering experience. We understand what mining, cement, food, and bulk-handling customers actually need from a conveyor part — because we've specified and installed them ourselves. SAEN Rollers is our digital-first commercial arm: we own the brand, the catalog, the webshop, the warranty, and the customer relationship.

The production side — Europe

Our manufacturing partner operates a fully automated welding, painting, and assembly facility with more than 30 years of cumulative roller-production experience. Every product is tested to DIN 22112-3 and ISO 17025 standards in their in-house laboratory, with material certificates accompanying every shipment.

We chose this partnership for three reasons: certification rigour, modern manufacturing (automated welding, electrostatic paint, precision sawing), and a proven track record serving cement plants, mining operations, mineral processing plants, thermal power plants, sand-preparation facilities, steel and glass industries, construction sites, and chemical, paper, and sugar factories.

Certifications & standards

Every product page lists the standards that apply to that specific item. Across our catalog you'll find:

CE ATEX DIN 22112-3 ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 ISO 50001:2011 ISO 3384-2 ISO 17025 ISO 10002:2018 EN 1127-2:2014 EN 12100:2010 EN ISO 3834-2 DIN 620 EN 10219 DIN 471

How we manufacture

Every order moves through seven QC checkpoints: raw-material acceptance, sawing, automated welding, electrostatic painting (60–90 μm RAL colours), assembly, test & calibration, and packing. Laboratory tests include measurement controls, material controls, effort & balance, roller durability, water resistance, dust resistance, linear movement, rotary cavity tolerance, abrasion force, and static/kinetic load testing per DIN 22112-3 and ISO 17025.

Every batch comes with a material certificate from the steel supplier. Every shipment is packed in reinforced wooden or metal crates suitable for ocean and air freight.

Industries we serve

Cement factories, mining operations, mineral-processing plants, thermal power plants, sand-preparation facilities, steel and glass production lines, construction sites, concrete-preparation plants, and chemical, paper, and sugar factories — across more than 60 countries.
