Measure the diameter on an unworn part of the tube – worn rollers can lose several millimetres. For rubber rollers, measure across the rubber, not the steel core. If you are not sure which length you measured, a photo next to the tape measure helps us check.
Also note the belt width of the conveyor and where the roller sits (top run, under the chute, or return run).
Our SKUs follow the pattern SAR-type-diameter-belt width-shaft-bearing. For example, SAR-CR-89-650-20-6204 is a carrier roller of Ø89 mm for a 650 mm belt, with a 20 mm shaft and 6204 bearings. Use the catalogue filters to find your size, or send us your measurements and we will match them for you.

Yes. Send the measurements or a drawing (DWG, STEP or PDF) and an engineer quotes a custom-made roller within 2 working days.
A tape measure for the lengths and a caliper for the shaft and the width across the flats. A photo of the roller and its shaft end is very helpful.

Every standard roller has a published price and free STEP / IGES / STL files. Add it to the cart for an instant indicative quote; an engineer sends the official quote within 2 working days.
